Tear Your Playhouse Down

The complex of buildings on Landsdowne St. across from Fenway Park that formally was home to Avalon/Metro/Spit /Axis and I think The Boston Tea Party in the 60's is being torn down to make way for The New House of Blues. How many shows did you see there? I can't remember them all but The Ramones, Gang of Four, Madness, Sisters of Mercy, The Kingsmen, The Godfathers, and many more. Don't know when they will will be done and if the last standing building will be part of it or not. I think that's where the Tea Party was.

LB 50

A couple weeks ago we celebrated Wormtown 30. This weekend I'm celebrating LB 50th. Carrie Jo took me to see the Sox play the Brewers on Friday May 16th. While waiting on Yawkey Way in the rain for the game to start I had the chance to try on The Red Sox World Series Ring they won in '07. They wouldn't let me keep it though. The game was rained out, so we must go back tonight to see them play. More beer, hot dogs, peanuts and fun at Fenway.

More Pictures

While I wait for You Tube to upload another video, I could build a house, grow a beard, drive to Boston, or upload more photos from The 30th Anniversary........

The Odds, Anyway You Want It

Here's The Odds , from a different angle. I don't know how people deal with YouTube. It takes hours to upload these things. I had to do it three times before I got it right. I really don't have time for that. So here is a song that Mike Malone has posted on his site, but from the crowd's angle.

Wormtown 30th Live!!!

After a week of going through all the recordings from the BIG 30th anniversary bash, here it is. Half the sets from all the bands. We would love to have played it all, but it's wicked long. So here's the first installment. Just click on the stream or download current show, by The Worm Bros. Of coarse we'll be back with the rest in the future. Oh, and the old flier is there just as a reminder, we rock again , as we always have.
