RIP Carl Rasmussen

As we learned last week of the passing of Carl in a bicycle accident on Park Ave, everyone was shocked and saddened. I knew him casually from meeting him around town at various shows, and remembered him back in the early days of Wormtown when he called himself Spike Viper. Always a supporter of the local scene, he soon emerged with his own group, Dead Wrong and did his best to keep the city alive playing his brand of music. Another tragic lost to the Wormtown Community. Friends are planning a special remembrance gathering at The Raven at 258 Pleasant St. on August 9th, which would have been Carl's 48th Birthday.
