Wormtown Weekend

It's here again. The weekend. Before you make your plans, tune in tonight at 9pm to WCUW 91.3fm and listen to "Glimpses" with John McKeag and his special guest Brian Goslow as they ask for your support for the station while spinning their favorite 45 rpm records.
Friday, it's punk, it's reggae, it's Ralph's for The Commandos, Mack the Knife, The Gobshites, and Guns of Navarone. I guess you can throw in a little left over St.Patrick's day partying with Pete Depressed and his Gobshites.
Saturday, it's back to The Ship Room at The Hotel Vernon for those dirt rockers from Athol, Bottlefight, James Keyes, and Ten Foot Polecats. Note, this is not a free show. But worth the money anyway. James is playing in support of his solo disc, "Ruminations" and the Polecats are a blues based outfit from Boston.
So there is the whole spectrum of musical styles this week right here in Wormtown, don't miss out.
